What this site collects and why
Healthy Farang uses basic analytics, receives the information you choose to send through the contact form, and links to external services that have their own privacy practices.

Website analytics
Healthy Farang uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and useful actions such as recommendation clicks, tool use, contact actions, affiliate-link clicks, and the weekly field-note link. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction information according to its own policies.
Contact messages
The contact form asks for your name, email, topic, message, and optional location or messaging details. The form sends that information through Jason Ryer’s lead service so Jason can read and reply to the request. The current service emails the submission through Resend and does not create a booking, payment, or customer account.
Do not send emergency information, passwords, payment-card details, or medical records through the contact form.
Healthy Farang field notes
The homepage links to the Healthy Farang section of Jason Ryer’s Substack publication. Subscription and email delivery happen on Substack, not on HealthyFarang.com. Substack handles the email address, consent, delivery, unsubscribe controls, and related analytics under its own privacy policy.
Affiliate and external links
Product, provider, map, booking, social, and affiliate links can take you to another website. Those sites may set cookies, record referrals, or process purchases and messages under their own policies. Healthy Farang records outbound affiliate clicks in site analytics but does not receive your payment-card details.
Retention and access
Contact messages are kept only as long as they remain useful for replying, maintaining the relationship, documenting a correction, or meeting legitimate business and legal needs. To ask what Healthy Farang holds about a contact message, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, email hello@healthyfarang.com.
